German Localization
I am bilingual in English and German and offer all services in both languages.
In addition, I specialize in localizing AI translated book manuscripts. Translation software has improved and is on average 90% accurate, but it still takes a human professional like me to render a text truly readable for a native audience.

How long does it take to edit a book?
This depends on the length of the manuscript, the level of editing involved, and my availability.
Please reach out early so that I can put you on my schedule.
How much does it cost?
For editing and proofreading, I charge by the word. For services like formatting, I quote a fixed price.
Since every project is different, I am happy to edit/proofread a 500-word sample of your book to see how we can work together. Based on that sample, I can quote you a price for the entire manuscript.
What is the difference between copyediting and proofreading?
Copyediting focuses on clarity, flow, and readability in addition to grammar.
Proofreading zeros in on accuracy, consistency, and format as well as previously overlooked grammar issues and typos.
